Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking staff to assist across multiple venues on entertainment nights, coordinating with Guest Services, Ushers, VIP personnel, and tour contacts to ensure events run smoothly.

The role involves handling rider requirements, contract processing for Entertainers, arranging room blocks with hotel services, and maintaining PCI-compliant cash handling while updating weekly reports. Candidates should be 21+, possess a high school diploma, and excel in organized teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required and one (1) year of experience within a hotel/gaming property is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/renew government licenses, specifically a Nevada Gaming license, if required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in multiple Palms Casino Resort venues on entertainment nights and collaborate with Guest Services, Ushers, and VIP personnel.
• Ensure rider requirements are met and contracts are executed for Entertainers.
• Submit room blocks and finalize rooming lists with Hotel Group Reservations and Hotel VIP Services.
• Inspect VIP suites and prepare overnight arrival packages.
• Connect Tour Managers to final folios after checkout.
• Submit Ground Transportation requests when applicable and assist with ticketing payments.
• Balance monies at the end of shifts with leadership, following PCI-compliant cash handling.
• Respond to guest inquiries, escalate issues, and maintain organized records with weekly reporting.
