Responsibilities

Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (US) including individuals and groups.
Conduct analysis of travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
Book domestic and international travel (air, road, rail, hotel) with GDS systems Sabre, Apollo or Amadeus.
Ensure compliance with client travel policy and provider/regulatory requirements.
Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special requests.
Prevent fraudulent bookings by following security protocols.
Collaborate with team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
