NBCUniversal’s Corporate Events Department produces high impact experiences for clients and C-suite executives across some of the most recognized brands in media and entertainment.

The Corporate Events Coordinator will serve as a key contact for VIP hospitality, interfacing directly with clients and executives, and will support planning client and internal events ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and registration platforms.

Mansioni

• Operate as the primary guest communication liaison for event attendees.
• Manage invitation/RSVP processes and guest lists for multiple events.
• Assist in creating digital and print event collateral.
• Coordinate research on venues, hotels, activities, transportation, gifting, and merchandise.
• Provide on-site support for NYC events and travel to other events as needed.
