Job summary

Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks a Client Conference Center Host in New York to provide exceptional service to clients and visitors on arrival, delivering a personalized, VIP-focused experience in a high-visibility setting.

You will greet guests, escort them to seating or waiting areas, coordinate with internal teams, uphold security and confidentiality, and help ensure each interaction reflects the Platinum Service standard.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in luxury hospitality or corporate events.
• Ability to greet VIPs and executives and provide personalized service.
• Strong communication and professionalism with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the Client Conference Center and assist VIPs.
• Escort guests to waiting areas and provide amenities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange arrivals and special requirements.
• Maintain security and confidentiality for VIP information.
• Support additional duties as needed.
