MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Casino Marketing Administrator to support the Casino Marketing team by coordinating events, managing ticket inventory, and delivering insightful reporting that drives smart business decisions.

You will partner with Casino Marketing leadership to optimize promotions, review gameplay activity, and ensure a seamless guest experience across this world-class entertainment destination.

Competenze

• 1+ years of relevant experience in casino marketing or host services.
• Background in Host Services, Casino Marketing or similar is preferred.
• Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Assist with management and execution of all special events including preparation and dissemination of event counts.
• Compile financial reports and present to management, researching data/trends to reduce cost and maximize revenues.
• Maintain casino blocks for ticketed events and distribute tickets to qualifying customers.
• Create reports for Casino Marketing needs across property including Hotel, MGM Rewards, VIP, Special Events, Casino Marketing and Casino Finance.
• Evaluate casino play to determine concert & event approvals.
• Maintain pre/post evaluations and execution of slot promotions and tournaments.
• Evaluate and approve Direct Mail offers for Marketing Executives.
• Support management in identifying inefficiencies and ad-hoc reporting.
