Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Casino Marketing Executive to drive guest engagement through personalized service and data-informed decision making. Applicants should have 3+ years in hospitality or casino marketing, be 21+, and able to work weekends/holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, casino marketing, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Analyze player activity to determine incentives and approve limited comps and allowances.
- Maintain and grow the property's customer base to support development efforts.
- Manage reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems.
- Assist in granting limited marker authorizations to qualifying customers.
- Contribute to decisions on customer credit lines, allowances, and comps.
- Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and property staff.
- Attend events to promote marketing efforts and greet guests.
- Maintain confidentiality of casino customer information in line with company policies.
- Resolve customer disputes to the satisfaction of guests and MGM Resorts.
