Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Excel applications required.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.

Responsibilities

• Grow active customer net profitability on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Assist with floor and desk duty coverage on schedule; 10–15 hours per week on floor/desk.
• Foster relationships with cross-property hosts to obtain new player referrals.
• Assist with training of new CME’s to ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and mediate between departments for VIP guests.
• Handle disputes VIP guests may have
• Build relationships with 250+ ADW level players to reach quarterly host goals
• Telemarketing – a minimum of 125 calls per week
• Arrange accommodations including room reservations, limo transport, restaurant, and entertainment bookings
• Create and host at least 1 annual player development event to drive gaming revenue
• Meet and greet limo guests when scheduled
• Make comp and credit decisions
• Promote future events
• Attend special event registrations/drawings/receptions
• Maintain host office supplies and equipment
• Report IT issues at host desk
• Meet and greet pit/slot hot players and jackpot alerts as floor host
• Maintain positive rapport with coworkers and departments
• Follow company policies and present professional appearance
• Collaborate in teamwork
• Respond promptly to emails, calls and alerts
• Meet quarterly host net profit, event and concert goals
