Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Casino Host to deliver outstanding guest services and promote the Player's Club membership. You will engage guests, enroll new players, and assist members with questions about points, offers, and rewards.

Responsibilities include providing comps, arranging accommodations, and representing the company at events while building a loyal patron base across Seneca Allegany properties.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Previous casino host experience preferred or three years in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Understanding of player rating systems, casino marketing, and comping is preferred.
• Associate degree with two years hospitality experience may substitute for experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and positive.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, summarize the benefits of membership in the Player's Club and encourage return visits.
• Actively seek new players to enroll into the Player's Club and grow the database.
• Assist members with questions about the point system, lost cards, and offers.
