Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a personable Server to deliver exceptional guest service in our Food & Beverage operations. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, suggest pairings, and maintain a professional, friendly presence in a fast-paced casino setting.

This role requires at least two years of guest service experience in a dining environment, the ability to stand for long periods, and the flexibility to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years guest service experience in a dining environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers and IGB badge when working.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service for all Food & Beverage operations.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take orders, serve meals, and ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and station readiness; assist bussers as needed.
• Check quality after each course and manage payments at the table.
