Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional, personalized service in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, suggest beverages and ensure timely service while upholding cleanliness and safety standards. A valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License and Gaming Badge are required for employment; previous casino F&B experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service for all Food and Beverage operations.
• Present menu, suggest courses and drinks, and take orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards; assist with table settings and bussing.
