Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Cocktail Server – Beverage CM to deliver exceptional beverage service on the gaming floor and in designated areas. You will greet guests, maintain clean service stations, and handle transactions with accuracy while upholding responsible alcohol service.

This role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cocktail server, food and beverage server, or similar guest-facing role.
Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques and guest service standards.
Experience in casino, nightclub, or hospitality venues is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide timely service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to casino guests on the gaming floor and designated areas.
Greet guests, interact professionally, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure beverage carts and service stations are stocked, clean, and operational.
Process guest transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash as needed.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and internal guidelines.
Support service during events and high-traffic periods as required.
