Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VIP Bus Attendant to provide a safe, seamless, and engaging experience for guests traveling to and from the property. You will prepare supplies, set up the bus, and manage logistics for each trip while delivering exceptional onboard service and promoting Caesars Rewards.

You will coordinate arrivals, assist with check-in, and collaborate with VIP Services and Front Desk to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Literate and fluent in English with excellent guest communication.
• Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills to manage VIP guests gracefully.

Responsibilities

• Handle bus trip duties, prepare supplies, and coordinate loading/unloading on property.
• Serve refreshments, assist guests, and maintain an engaging onboard atmosphere on VIP bus trips.
• Promote Caesars Rewards, property events, and VIP offerings to guests.
• Coordinate guest arrival, check-in, and handoff to VIP Services or Front Desk.
• Communicate guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.
• Act as spokesperson for the Northern Nevada VIP Bus Program and Caesars Brand.
• Maintain high standards of courtesy and discretion in all guest interactions.
