Bally's Corporation is seeking a VIP Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value VIPs and deliver white-glove service. You will build 1:1 relationships, drive loyalty, and grow revenue across casino, sports betting, and related verticals.

The role requires identifying high-value players, onboarding them, and winning back dormant accounts. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations to execute bold, personalized campaigns while ensuring player well-being and compliance

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in VIP hosting, outbound sales, relationship management or marketing.
• Casino, sports, hospitality and/or entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Track record as a top performer who consistently exceeds targets.
• Competitive sales mindset with a hunter's drive and a closer's instinct.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, never satisfied with second place.

Salary Range : $55,000 to $67,000 USD

Qualifications

Preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in VIP hosting, outbound sales, relationship management or marketing
• Casino, sports, hospitality and/or entertainment industry experience preferred
• Track record as a top performer who consistently exceeds targets
• Competitive sales mindset with a hunter's drive and a closer's instinct
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, never satisfied with second place
• Cool under pressure and comfortable owning targets
• Flexible schedule to be there when your players are playing, including evenings, weekends and events
• Willingness to travel regularly for VIP events and activations (~25%)
