Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is seeking a qualified violin/viola teacher to join our Private Music Lesson Program. Lessons occur during the school day, so you will coordinate times that do not conflict with core class periods, while staying flexible for enrichment days.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Violin/Viola Performance or Music Education and experience teaching a private studio. Experience with Sassmannshaus/Suzuki methods is desirable to support beginner students.

Qualifications

• High level communication skills for partnering with parents.
• Degree(s) in Violin or Viola Performance and/or Music Education with experience teaching a private violin/viola studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly practice directions and monitor student progress with parents.
• Coordinate lesson times to fit within school day blocks and enrichment days.
