Job summary

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Research Program Specialist to join the Violence Prevention Research Lab within the School of Social Work. The role focuses on evaluating violence prevention programs, managing data collection (REDCap), and providing technical assistance to providers and funders.

The position includes developing evaluation plans, maintaining IRB protocols, and delivering adult professional development on data collection and evaluation methods.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, community psychology, sociology, human development, health services research, epidemiology, education, public health or related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience working in the violence prevention field.
