Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of professional analytical work.
• Experience in budgets, contracts, grants, policy, or related duties.
• Ability to supervise staff and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of citywide violence prevention, intervention, response, and recovery strategies involving multiple city departments, community-based organizations, service providers, justice partners, clients, victims, and communities.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify violence trends and opportunities for prevention and intervention.
• Coordinate cross-departmental and community responses to incidents of violence and ensure timely communication and connections to services.
• Develop and strengthen strategies across prevention, intervention, crisis response, reentry, stabilization, restorative justice, and long-term community healing.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, residents, community leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen the Department’s presence and responsiveness.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for Department leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
