Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Violence Intervention Program Coordinator to lead hospital-based violence prevention efforts within the health system and in the community. You will manage daily operations, budgets, data collection, and reporting, coordinating with community partners and program staff.

You will develop and implement policies, mentor outreach staff, and ensure grant-funded activities meet objectives, with on-site work and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework in social services preferred.
• Three years of case management experience required.
• Project management and data analytics experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification or ability to obtain before end of orientation period.
• Full-time on-site work with some evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses information systems to access, analyze, and report program data.
• Oversees budget, grant management, and data collection for the violence prevention program.
• Leads field training and mentoring of Outreach Specialists.
• Collaborates with community partners to improve health outcomes.
• Maintains timely program reports and communications with funders.
