Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computers and office software.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all documentation of Association violations and inspections as required by Board and PM.
• Track violations for completion and documents compliance.
• Repeat inspections as necessary within the time frame for violations compliance.
• Primary contact for non-compliance letters and follow-up to compliance or fines.
