Clayton is seeking an Operator on the Vinyl Line in Crossville, TN to punch holes in window sills and jams per work orders. You will read orders, operate the punch press, and collaborate with the production team to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a punch press to punch holes in window sills and jams per specification.
• Maintain steady production flow by coordinating with Saw and Welder Operators.
• Work with Production Manager and Team Leader to meet standards.
• Cross-train in other production duties.
• Complete tasks with safety and accuracy; follow feedback from management.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
