Job summary

Big Top in Perry, FL is seeking a Vinyl Fabrication Operator to produce vinyl components, verify materials against sketches, and maintain quality while minimizing waste. You will measure, label, and assist in training staff, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliable attendance. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year work history or military service preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret sketches or drawings.
• Forklift certification may be obtained within three months with training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parts are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Verify vinyl type and color against sketches before running.
• Measure and mark vinyl to ensure accuracy.
• Label covers and end panels correctly.
• Minimize material waste; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training new personnel on safety, production, and quality standards.
