Big Top Manufacturing, LLC, based in Perry, Florida, is seeking a Steel Fabrication Operator to join our fabrications team. You will read complex sketches, measure tubing, and produce parts to tight tolerances while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will be part of a workforce focused on reliable, high-quality manufacturing with opportunities for training and growth. Expect regular hours Monday–Friday with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year work history or military service preferred.
• Forklift operation certification within three months (on-the-job training provided).
• Read and verify complex sketches before producing parts.
• Measure and mark tubing accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parts are produced on time and of good quality.
• Read and verify sketches prior to producing parts.
• Verify tube size matches the sketch before running.
• Measure and mark tubing for production.
• Accurately count pieces produced.
• Minimize material waste.
• Care for and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training new personnel on safety, production, and quality standards.
• Follow supervisor instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the area and facility.
