Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor tank levels and vinegar flow into and out of tanks.
• Take production samples and adjust batches for efficiency.
• Oversee filtration units and RO units to keep them running smoothly.
• Monitor nutrient levels, mix batches, and load tanks as needed.
• Operate pumps and manage multiple destinations; stop operations if required.
• Adjust the production computer and forecast readiness for discharge.
• Load and unload tankers to keep production moving.
