Job summary

Mizkan America is hiring for a Vin Processor Operator I in Green Bay, WI. This on-site role supports the production department, following GMP and safety rules to efficiently move liquid blends through the plant.

You will monitor schedules, assist with startup, and help ensure quality and timely shipping of vinegar products. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and basic computer skills, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; forklift certification preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Experience in food processing or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies (OSHA, GMP, SOP) and produce according to the schedule.
• Review production schedule to determine vinegar type and quantity to produce.
• Assist startup, prepare equipment, and monitor each batch phase.
• Conduct routine inspections of tanks, pumps, meters, valves, lines and motors.
• Handle cleaning of tanks, equipment, and work areas; follow LOTO rules.
