Job summary

Red Global seeks an experienced OpenText VIM Consultant for international projects focused on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support with a strong emphasis on AP automation and invoice workflow configuration.

You will gather requirements, configure VIM, and integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, supporting SIT/UAT and collaborating with finance and IT teams. Fluent English is required; Polish is a plus. This contract role is remote from Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OpenText VIM consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Vendor Invoice Management processes.
• Experience integrating OpenText VIM with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) business processes.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including implementations, rollouts or support projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into OpenText VIM solutions.
• Configure and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade and optimisation projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams and technical consultants.
• Support invoice workflow configuration, approval processes and exception handling.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, particularly SAP FI/MM.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities including SIT, UAT and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing functional support.

About the Role

We are currently looking to connect with experienced OpenText VIM Consultants for a range of exciting international projects across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and other enterprise environments.This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades and support projects, helping global organisations optimise their Accounts Payable and invoice automation processes.
