Qualifications

• 1-4+ лет опыта в роли SAP Functional Consultant в SAP VIM

Responsibilities

• Участвовать во внедрении SAP VIM, доработках, развёртывании и поддержке крупных международных проектов SAP
• Поддержка конфигурации, тестирования и устранения неполадок процессов OpenText VIM, включая обработку счетов и рабочие процессы утверждения
• Анализ сценариев обработки счетов (PO/Non-PO), верификация счетов и их posting
• Сотрудничество со стейкхолдерами по сбору, анализу и документированию требований к автоматизации в Accounts Payable
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций, документации по конфигурации, тест-кейсов и инструкций для пользователей
• Участие в интеграционном тестировании, UAT, внедрении и пост-Go-Live поддержки

Задачи:

Participate in SAP VIM implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities within international SAP projects. Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of OpenText VIM processes, including invoice processing and approval workflows. Analyze and support PO-based and non-PO invoice processing scenarios, including invoice validation, exception handling, and posting. Investigate invoice processing errors, workflow issues, and integration problems in cooperation with SAP FI/MM and technical teams. Work with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document requirements related to Accounts Payable automation. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test cases, and user instructions. Participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

Требования:

• 1-4+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in SAP VIM.
• Understanding of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and invoice processing, including PO-based and non-PO invoices, invoice verification, and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP FI/MM integration, including vendor master data, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice posting.
• Basic understanding of SAP workflow, document processing, and integration technologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, investigate functional issues, and prepare functional specifications.
• English B2+.
• Будет плюсом: Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM configuration, Document Processing (DP), or Business Rules Framework; Familiarity with OpenText Invoice Capture solutions, OCR technologies, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP); Experience with SAP Business Workflow, approval workflows, and exception handling.
