Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Senior Leadership Team member to oversee Lodging, Retail, Rental and Commercial Services. You will guide strategic planning, project implementation, and operating budgets, while elevating the guest and employee experience.

Applicants must be 21+ and live the spirit of our mountain community. The role sits within a consolidated leadership team, with focus on driving long-range plans and annual business priorities across multiple resort services.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and communicate across senior leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience aligning operations with guest and employee experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and alignment of Village Services leadership with Resort Leadership Team.
• Develop long-range strategic plans and annual business plans for Lodging, Retail, Rental, and Commercial Services.
• Oversee capital projects aligned with the strategic plan and ensure execution of annual business plans.
• Maintain executive relationships with Village HOA boards as representative of Palisades Tahoe.
• Lead commercial services tenant mix and financial health in line with strategy.
• Collaborate with resort and enterprise functions to drive demand generation and brand partnerships.
• Ensure direct reports are accountable for safety, employee experience, and guest experience.
