Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the premises
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential issues with guests or visitors.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure loss prevention.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required, ensuring proper protocols are followed during incidents.
• Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any noteworthy occurrences.
