Job summary

Dells Resorts: Hot Rocks in Wisconsin Dells is hiring energetic Work & Travel USA students for the Summer to Fall season as Bartenders. You will prepare and serve cocktails, greet guests, take orders, and work with an international team.

Pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips, approx. 40 hours per week. Training is provided; no professional bartending diploma required. Minimum age 18–25, with 21+ commonly required to serve alcohol; strong English and a friendly service attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• University student aged 18–25 participating in the Work & Travel USA program.
• Minimum age 21 to serve alcohol in Wisconsin is often required; confirm eligibility.
• Good conversational English and confident communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine service attitude.
• Ability to work on your feet, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual and a great team player.
• Previous bar/restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks for resort guests.
