Job summary

The Corsair and Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort in Dennis Port, MA, is seeking a Bartender/Server to join a beachfront, family-friendly team for a summer season. You’ll mix cocktails, pour drinks, take orders and ensure guests have a memorable experience on Cape Cod.

Expect about 40 hours per week with a guaranteed schedule, and tips that boost earnings. Training is provided; you must be 18+ to serve alcohol in Massachusetts and eligible for Work & Travel USA.

Qualifications

• Must be university students aged 18–25 eligible for the Work & Travel USA program.
• Good conversational English and confidence talking to guests.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced summer environment.
• Training provided; prior bar/restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks for resort guests.
• Taking food and drink orders and delivering them with a smile.
• Setting up and closing down the bar, restocking supplies and keeping everything spotless.
• Chatting with guests from all over the USA – perfect for boosting your English!
• Handling payments accurately and supporting your team during busy poolside hours.
• Following all health, safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

That's everyday life when you join The Corsair and Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort in Dennis Port, Massachusetts as a Bartender/Server. This is one of Cape Cod's most beloved family resorts, and this summer they're looking for energetic international students to bring great vibes to their poolside bar and dining areas.

Your Package
