Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California seeks caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients at home. You will ensure safety, health and wellbeing, tailor activities to interests, provide companionship, and assist with daily tasks and personal care.

Requirements include being 18+, 1 year of caregiving experience, valid driver's license, vaccination or exemption, TB screening, Live Scan, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles. Competitive pay and sign-on bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
