Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. If you love serving others and creating joyful moments, we want you on our team!

You will provide in-home care, tailor activities to residents' interests, and ensure safety, health, and well-being in clients' homes. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow with our program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
