Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Aide (HCA) certified caregivers. You will ensure safety, health, and wellbeing of clients in their homes and tailor activities for meaningful engagement.

We welcome applicants 18+, with caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, vaccination status, TB test or X-ray, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
