Job summary
Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home team in California. You will support clients with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship in their homes, while ensuring safety and well-being.
We value experience and HCA certification; benefits include competitive pay ($18–$20/hr), a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, plus bonuses for weekends and last-minute shifts. Flexible schedules available.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
