Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring an Experienced Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care for seniors in the Santa Clara area. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality support in clients’ homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

On-site opportunities are available in San Jose/Santa Clara and surrounding communities, with flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and adherence to health and safety protocols,

Qualifications

• Vietnamese language skills.
• Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and compassion toward clients and their families.
• Ability to comply with health and safety regulations (e.g., hygiene protocols).
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and potentially overnight shifts.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health status.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their home is comfortable.

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our healthcare team to ensure each client receives the highest standard of care and support. Whether you work on-site in San Jose, you’ll have the flexibility to create a positive and impactful environment for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
