Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of South San Jose is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to deliver client-centered home care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide compassionate service in the comfort of their homes.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time, part-time or per diem) and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients. Strong English communication and a patient, collaborative attitude are essential.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of South San Jose, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, client-centered home care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and deliver compassionate service that upholds our standards of excellence. You will have a flexible schedule (work-life balance) and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.


2. Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.


3. Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs.


4. Properly manage household needs.


5. Foster meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

We are recruiting Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, any availability.
