Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care to seniors in their homes. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care and support, with on-site opportunities in and around Santa Clara, California.

The role requires proven caregiving experience, strong communication, empathy, and flexibility to work weekends or overnight shifts, with ongoing training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our healthcare team to ensure each client receives the highest standard of care and support. Whether you work on-site in San Jose, you’ll have the flexibility to create a positive and impactful environment for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
