Job summary

CACEIS invites applications for the Business Development Analyst position in New York. You will support the Country Managing Director and Business Development Directors to expand our client base and deepen relationships with asset managers.

Based in New York, you will gain hands-on experience in asset servicing and alternative investments while contributing to international business development at a global financial services leader.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market analysis, client presentations, and support materials for client and prospect meetings
• Assist with origination efforts through market research and scheduling of meetings
• Support internal governance by preparing committee materials, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-ups
• Contribute to business development projects and local office initiatives
• Maintain accurate and complete client/prospect records in Mercury CRM, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility
• Support marketing initiatives by organizing industry events, attending conferences and representing CACEIS
