Job summary

CACEIS is seeking a VIE - Business Development Analyst to join the US team in New York, supporting the Country Managing Director and Directors in expanding the client base and strengthening relationships with asset managers.

The role provides exposure to asset servicing, alternative investments, and international business development within a global financial services leader.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Management.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer relations or asset servicing.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and can-do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with ability to foster collaboration across departments.
• Persuasive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with asset servicing and alternative investment strategies.
• Experience with Mercury CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market analysis, client presentations, and support materials for client and prospect meetings
• Assist with origination efforts through market research and scheduling of meetings
• Support governance by preparing committee materials, tracking actions, and coordinating follow-ups
• Contribute to business development projects and local office initiatives
• Maintain accurate client/prospect records in Mercury CRM, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility
• Support marketing by organizing industry events, attending conferences and representing CACEIS
