About the Role:
Join our engineering team as a DeltaV Implementer Junior and discover the heart of pharmaceutical automation systems. You will participate in configuring, validating, and testing DeltaV systems in a highly regulated GMP environment, supporting critical manufacturing and purification projects.
This role is designed for an early-career engineer with solid DeltaV knowledge and a genuine passion for automation in life sciences.
What You'll Do
- Configure and test DeltaV systems according to technical specifications and design documents
- Verify compliance of DeltaV configurations with functional and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with local teams for the integration and commissioning of life sciences equipment (chromatography, centrifuges, TFF/viral filtration, etc.)
- Document tests and results in a GMP-compliant manner
- Support validation and compliance during commissioning phases
- Attend on-site testing at our partner and vendor facilities (occasional travel across New England)
- Learn best practices in pharmaceutical automation within a world-class environment
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Engineering degree (Chemistry, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Industrial IT, or related field)
- Hands-on DeltaV experience – configuration and/or testing (internship, academic project, or professional experience)
- General knowledge of manufacturing processes (biopharmaceutical, a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation rigor
- Ability to work in a team within a highly regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills (French and English)
- Eligible for VIE (French or EU citizen, based on criteria)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and pharmaceutical best practices
- Familiarity with technical documentation tools and PLM systems
