Xperior Global is partnering with a large national system integrator delivering complex automation and control solutions across mission-critical and life sciences environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer (DeltaV) to support the delivery of high-impact pharmaceutical automation projects.
This is a key technical leadership role offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale automation systems within a highly regulated environment.
As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will take ownership of specific process areas, driving the technical delivery of DeltaV-based automation systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
You will play a central role in ensuring successful system design, integration, and validation while collaborating across project teams and stakeholders.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of DeltaV batch automation systems
Provide technical leadership across large-scale pharmaceutical projects
Support system integration across:
Contribute to validation strategies and GMP-compliant documentation
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
8+ years in pharmaceutical automation
5+ years working with DeltaV Batch DCS
Strong understanding of:
Experience in regulated environments (GxP / GMP)
Knowledge of batch processes and S88 standards
Exposure to platforms such as:
Understanding of biopharmaceutical or life sciences processes
Work with a well-established and growing system integrator
