Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is offering a Videography Intern position in Fairfield, IA.

You will support the Marketing and Communications team with filming, editing, podcasts, events, and other video content, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will work with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and standard office tools while collaborating with internal partners and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Video Production, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in filming, video editing, audio production, or motion graphics.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Illustrator.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce video content for Cambridge’s Marketing and Communications team.
• Edit video and audio, add graphics, and deliver polished content for internal and external audiences.

The intern will contribute to filming, editing, podcasts, events, and other video content, bringing a fresh perspective while learning to manage projects and collaborate with internal partners and senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.# **Key Deliverables and Responsibilities*** Plan, film, and produce video content that supports Cambridge communications and marketing needs.* Edit video and audio, incorporate graphics, and prepare polished content for internal and external audiences.* Film and edit videos, record podcasts, support event content, and assist with video planning and production.* Manage video projects in collaboration with internal partners and senior leaders.* Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator, along with professional video and audio equipment.* Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams to coordinate projects and communicate with stakeholders.* Participate in on-location video shoots and support major Cambridge events when project timing and business needs allow. # **What We Are Looking For*** Current undergraduate student pursuing Multimedia, Digital Media, Video Production, Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.* Hands-on experience or relevant coursework in filming, video editing, audio production, or motion graphics.* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Illustrator.* Strong communication, organization, time management, and project coordination skills.* Creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. **Program Summary:** Cambridge’s Next Step 11-week paid summer internship program (May 17 – July 30) gives students the opportunity to gain valuable insight into both their chosen field and the financial service industry while working on meaningful projects that contribute to business outcomes. Each intern is partnered with a professional mentor and participates in our professional development program, which includes industry education, career workshops, leadership panels, and networking events. Nearly 30% of interns return to Cambridge as full-time associates.**Location:** All internships are on-site, operating out of our Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA offices. Apartment-style housing is available for Fairfield candidates, and some positions may be eligible to work out of our West Des Moines satellite office.**Work Authorization:** Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to accommodate temporary student work authorizations, including initial Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT).**Posting Window:** Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning in November.
