The on-site role focuses on supervising daily operations, relationship management, and data analysis to improve processes. As a current undergrad in Finance/Accounting/Business/Marketing/Analytics, you will gain exposure to Compliance, Operations, and various internal teams while building essential skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities to improve trade review processes, operational workflows, and relationships with financial professionals.
• Collect data, run reports, review trends, and partner with department leaders to discuss findings and potential solutions.
• Review and update procedures, training materials, and other resources, or recommend new resources to address identified needs.
• Support workflow documentation, data analysis, reporting, AI-related projects, system enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to Compliance, Business Development, Accounting, Operations, and financial professional offices through job shadows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with research involving sponsor or fund companies, paperwork requirements, client account data, and preparation for financial professional office visits.

Each intern is partnered with a professional mentor and participates in our professional development program, which includes industry education, career workshops, leadership panels, and networking events. Nearly 30% of interns return to Cambridge as full-time associates.**Location:** All internships are on-site, operating out of our Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA offices. Apartment-style housing is available for Fairfield candidates, and some positions may be eligible to work out of our West Des Moines satellite office.**Work Authorization:** Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to accommodate temporary student work authorizations, including initial Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT).**Posting Window:** Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning in November.
