Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing and editing high-quality video content. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, willingness to travel, and a commitment to meeting the needs of the operations we support. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video projects.
2. Capture and edit video content such as stories, promos, and reels for websites, social media, etc.
3. Ensure all video content meets brand standards and guidelines.
4. Work with different departments and leaders across the organization.
5. Capture content in our studio and travel to various operations to shoot content and conduct interviews with leaders.
6. Manage video equipment and maintain an organized video library.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Proven experience in video production (please provide a link to a reel of your work).
2. Proficiency in Premiere Pro and other Adobe software like After Effects and Photoshop.
3. Willingness to travel frequently to capture content across the country.
4. Ability to set up and conduct engaging two-camera interview sessions.
5. Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
8. Experience with drone flying (license is a plus).
9. Photography skills are a plus.
