Job summary

First Nebraska Bank is seeking a customer service-focused teller to serve bank clients via video and in-person transactions at our Elkhorn location. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller duties, while assisting customers with online and mobile banking.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a virtual environment with on-screen interactions. Flexible hours, including Saturday mornings, are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service and process transactions accurately.
• Conduct video face-to-face conversations for teller transactions including deposits and loan payments.
• Answer inbound calls and route to proper bank personnel as needed.
• Assist with online and mobile banking inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services by identifying opportunities.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality in all transactions.
• Utilize time management to improve department efficiency.
• Adhere to regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies.
