Responsibilities

• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, transfers, money orders.
• Apply payments for loans, overdraft protection, lines of credit, and safe deposit boxes.
• Maintain cash drawer within cash limits and verify daily accuracy.
• Assist with daily branch balancing, night deposits, ATMs, ITMs, and cash recyclers.
• Cross-sell First Nebraska Bank products and services as appropriate.
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct to proper staff when needed.
• Provide customer service for debit cards, online banking and mobile banking.
• Identify large transactions per regulations and follow currency transaction report procedures.
• Educate customers on interactive teller machines and video banking technology.
• Follow security and audit procedures to prevent fraud.
• Answer bank telephones and route to staff.
