iMemories in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for a full-time position to convert home movie videotapes to digital formats using our in-house hardware and software. You will manage workflow for multiple workstations, audit orders, and stage tapes for the next shift while maintaining an organized workspace.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with overtime as needed and eligible for quarterly increases. The role requires physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with videotape formats (e.g., Beta, VHS) preferred.
• Proficiency using Google Chrome, Gmail, and OpenOffice.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.
• Detail oriented and able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Convert home movie videotapes to digital formats using in-house hardware and software.
• Manage workflow for assigned workstations for video conversion.
• Compare and research videotape content to identify potential quality improvements.
• Audit orders to ensure correct completion and grouping.
• Stage tapes for the next shift’s operators and keep area organized.
• Troubleshoot tape functionality and perform minor repairs (e.g., splicing).
• Create lists in Google Sheets or Excel for backlog picking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
