iMemories, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Digital Associate for a full-time role to manage digital files, perform basic editing, and ensure organized media workflows.

The position involves uploading/downloading files, labeling, and transferring data to servers or external drives, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years knowledge of film & photo formats preferred.
• Solid experience with different file structures.
• Experience with basic editing skills.
• Knowledge of how to work with digital files.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro is preferred.
• Experienced in using file servers and understanding of file sharing concepts.
• Solid experience with digital media and various file formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, DV, MPEG, etc.).
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with MAC and/or PC computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable working within predetermined creative parameters.
• Maintains quality and efficiency goals set by management.
• Team Player

General Summary of Responsibilities

Digital Associate Position Details

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
• Multiple shifts are available.
• Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
• Overtime as required based on the Manager's discretion.
