Job summary

iMemories is seeking an Image Digitization Associate at our Scottsdale, AZ location. You will convert photographic materials to digital formats using specialized hardware and software, scan negatives, slides, and prints, and carefully handle irreplaceable assets for long-term digital archiving.

The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $17/hour with potential quarterly increases; other benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years knowledge of photographic formats.
• Knowledge of professional scanning equipment and software.
• Experience with different file structures and workflow.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with MAC and/or Windows operating systems.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. without physical restrictions.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb, and pull on a consistent basis.

• Responsible for the digital conversion of photographic materials to digital formats using customized hardware and software.
• Scanning of different photographic types including formats such as negatives, slides, and prints.
• Handling of photographic materials for archiving customers' irreplaceable and delicate assets
• Organizing, labeling, and handling of digital images in a file system
• Maintains goals set by management
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
• Multiple shifts are available.
• Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
• Overtime as required based on the Manager's discretion.

Image Digitization Associate Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
