MetroPower is seeking a video surveillance, card access, or intrusion technician in Albany, GA. This full-time role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable system installation and maintenance.

You will inspect sites, install equipment and cabling to code, troubleshoot issues, and complete post-installation paperwork. A valid driver's license and 5 years of low voltage experience are strongly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in low voltage is strongly desired.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot low voltage systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas and perform Job Hazard Analysis prior to starting work.
• Install equipment and cabling per codes, regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to quick resolutions.
• Complete post-installation paperwork and coordinate inspections with supervisor.
• Ensure First Class customer service is provided.
