Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our in-house team. You will collaborate across departments to create customer-facing ads, educational videos, and internal training content, guiding projects from pre to post-production.

You bring 2–5+ years of video production experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio demonstrating storytelling, lighting, and editing skills. This is an on-site role with a dynamic, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or demo reel proving video work experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Bonus familiarity with DSLR camera operation, lighting, and audio.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a producer, copywriters, designers, brand managers, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Manage projects to keep them on schedule.
• Contribute to video content brainstorms and storyboards.
• Plan shot lists and filming schedules; set up equipment.
• Direct talent and operate camera, audio, and lights.
• Edit footage, audio, and graphics into final deliverables.
• Create motion graphics from existing design elements.
• Organize project files to team standards; support live events.

Video Production Specialist Do you want to work with a fun, fast-paced video production team at a growing global company where you will make friends for life? We have a camera and tripod waiting for you! We’re looking for a talented Video Production Specialist to join our in-house video team. Our team creates all customer-facing advertising and educational videos for Marketing, as well as a healthy mix of internal videos for Training, HR, in-person events, and more. Our collaboration with every team at Ultradent is one of the highlights of the job—you’ll get to know a wide variety of the incredible people here. Not only do we produce, film, and edit video, we lead our own content brainstorms and strategy. If you have a passion for all parts of production (pre to post), a self-driven attitude, critical thinking skills, and an enthusiasm for creativity, you are our ideal candidate!

As a Video Production Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with a producer, copywriters, designers, brand managers, clinicians, and other stakeholders
• Manage your projects to keep them on schedule
• Contribute to video content brainstorms
• Create storyboards/proof-of-concepts for project owner buy-in
• Plan shot lists and filming schedules
• Set up, break down, and maintain all filming equipment
• Direct talent and operate camera, audio, and lights
• Edit footage, audio, and graphics into final deliverables
• Create motion graphics from existing design elements
• Organize project files to a team standard
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Assist during production of live and live-streamed events
• Assist with any other production tasks, as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Proven working experience in video (Demo Reel/Portfolio required)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
• Bonus (Audition) Expertise in video camera (DSLR) operation, lighting, and audio/microphone
• Expertise in After Effects and motion graphic skills
• Proficiency in asset management
• Mac proficient
• Be detail-oriented with an ability to efficiently organize and schedule
• Ability to consistently drive projects while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work and work independently and in teams
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Ability to work in Microsoft office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Desire to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 2–5+ years video production experience is ideal
• Experience in creating motion graphics
• Associates/Bachelors Degree in Video Production, Communication Studies, Media Studies, or related creative field preferred
• Knowledge/Experience with YouTube, TikTok, and other social media and trends
• General understanding of marketing and branding
